I had been a loyal customer for several years
The service has always been 5 stars, the customer service / support team are great and the app is user friendly. However, upon redelivery of my boxes I did find a bunch of hidden and extra fees involved, where they basically hold your boxes against your will until they are paid out. When emptying my boxes, they also charged me for an extra month of storage fees as the week I had unloaded the boxes is within a new month, despite them getting removed within 1 week, I found a full monthly charge a little steep personally. I also found that the team did not try and help recommend cheaper alternatives (like getting them delivered on a less busy day saves you money) or (instead of getting 3 boxes individually delivered, get all 3 delivered at once and its only a 1x delivery fee) instead I had to work this out for myself. So today! Thats why I am giving only 3 stars, it should be 2 but bonus star for the good customer service.
Was the easiest service. Arrived and picked up on times they advised. Packed at home which was easy. And cleaned out at the facility. Team there were good and friendly. Def recommend.

My TAXIBOX experience was so easy and seamless. From booking, to delivery and packing, to redelivery and unpacking - everything went well. The email communications were personalised and very unique - they're sent from your TAXIBOX, not the company, the box itself. I ordered 2 boxes, stored at the TAXIBOX Facility. Everything could be controlled online through their portal, including booking redelivery. After booking the date, and a quick phone call, redelivery was booked in, along with removalists to help unpack. Everything and everyone arrived on time. All of my items were in good condition, nothing was broken or damaged. It was a great experience, so easy.

We recently had to move our son from Sydney to Adelaide. We settled on Taxibox, even though I had reservations as to whether all his stuff would fit in one Taxibox. Surprisingly, I've never been happier to have been wrong! Pick up in Sydney went off smoothly, and delivery in Adelaide was even better. Nathan, the guy that delivered to the Adelaide address was simply brilliant and very accommodating with our request for drop location. He also picked up the Taxibox once it was empty and was kind enough to give our grandkids a couple of Taxibox mementos in the form of toy Taxibox trucks. I can't recommend Taxibox enough to anybody who has an impending move. All the staff I dealt with, both over the phone and face-to-face were courteous and very helpful. I was never left wondering what was happening, and their app based texts showing where the driver was and how far away they were on pickup/delivery was spot on! They stored the three Taxiboxes in South Australia and delivered them when requested. Made it very easy to unload and immediate pickup when emptied. Highly recommend this company and staff.

Nathan was great during delivery and pick up. He was friendly and answered any questions we had. His experience showed as he easily put the box in place and made sure it was safe and secure. Communication with the company was also very good and we always knew what was happening and when.
Taxibox made it easy from go to wo. The box was delivered on time to my home and stored securely and without any damage or water damage for over two years. It was an easy process to indicate when I was going to empty the box and warehouse staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Best way to declutter for house sale
Delivery and pick-up was so easy to organise, with frequent updates on driver arrival. The box stayed at our place while we moved out for repairs which made it easy to access our stuff if needed.
Customer service people were really helpful. A special callout to Frank who is an absolute delight to deal with!
Packing up the house into 2 taxibox's over a few weeks & then getting them delivered to the new house 1 at a time meant moving day wasn't such pain. Both of the drivers I had were very friendly guys.
I had to change a redelivery and pickup to happen on the same day. It was important that that pick up would be later in the afternoon in order to streamline the unpacking.
All I can say is: TB has a gem in Elsa. She was helpful, patient, and, more importantly, made everything work, which is a great relief for all concerned.

What I thought was going to be short term storage turned into about 18 months storage. The team at TAXIBOX were unfailingly helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble.
Unusually, I dealt with 'real' people who were always friendly and understanding of my changing circumstances.
The whole process was highly professional; they have it down to a fine art.

Excellent service - taxi boxes arrived when they said they would and were picked up promptly, both on delivery and when getting our boxes back. Also were brilliant at working with our very busy street.
They were on time, good pricing, Delivered actually before time. Need to use your own pad lock for closing the Box. So it is secure, transparent and safe. Delivery Drivers and Sales/Admin Staff was polite and professional.

Moved local suburbs within Adelaide and TAXIBOX was the perfect solution to moving without the stress of loading everything you own in one day. Have used a competitor pod company previously but these slightly smaller boxes can be put in place with a forklift truck rather than a specialised crane do can fit inside carports/garages/tighter spaces.
Nathan (the delivery guy) was polite, informative and went the extra mile to show our truck obsessed boys the forklift and made their day. Would definitely recommend TAXIBOX in future.

I had to move quickly and broke my leg at the new place, all my gear was in storage for ages, they kept it no worries and delivered it when I was ready to get my stuff.

Service was absolutely excellent, especially for an interstate move from an apartment building. Special thanks to Kieran who was so kind in communicating the changes to my move and what could be done. Taxibox is an excellent service. I had to get a second box at the last moment. The guys worked like Trojans to get as much of my stuff in as possible in the first. It was my miscalculation. The second box was delayed but Admin kept me informed all the way (thanks Sam). Again, removalists were friendly and efficient. The drop off and pick-up man was fast and made sure the boxes were level and secure. Overall, couldn’t fault any of the service I received.
Probably the most efficient and stress-free services I've encountered. Also, with the added bonis of being so cost effective. Andrew was extremely helpful and communicated with me over the 2 days I had the boxes. The 2 deadlocks i had selected in my order did not show on the notes, however Andrew was more than happy to fix up the minor error when I showed the receipt. I will be recommending this service to anyone in need of storage or moving.
I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Taxibox. I had stuff in storage at a competitor in Melbourne and needed to ship it to Brisbane. The competition did not offer the service so I had a Taxibox delivered to them, unpacked and repacked into Taxibox and shipped to Brisbane. I spoke to the customer service team on at least 6 occasions and always found them friendly and accomodating of all changes. On the drop off days in both Melbourne and Brisbane, the drivers I had were super lovely, allowed a little more time and gave advice on how to pack etc. I would 100% use Taxibox again.
My neighbor was getting some boxes so they could move and my kids were so excited to see the truck and forklift. We sat outside on the footpath watching the young man work and once he was finished he came up and gave my boys 2 trucks. He was so nice and he’s definitely a fantastic driver. HE NEEDS A RAISE!

I had, unfortunately, underestimated the number of taxiboxes I required to move, which subsequently meant that I needed to request additional boxes at the very last minute. However, the Taxibox Perth team were able to help me out to ensure that all the boxes (including the additional ones I requested last minute) were able to be sent together and arrive at the same time in South Australia.
The third party removalists that I had requested - Fabio and team - were also extremely efficient, and took care in packing my furniture into the taxiboxes.

Seriously impressed with my Taxibox experience. I moved things from a competitors storage facility in Melbourne to my home in Brisbane and the experience was seamless. I had really lovely drivers on both ends who were super helpful and had to call customer service several times to ask questions or change booking times - every interaction was a 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend them to help with a move and will use them again.

My Fiance and I moved from Adelaide to Brisbane. All staff for delivery and pickup were so lovely and helpful. There were a few issues with accessing our apartment in Brisbane. However, both staff members, Danny and Darren were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to help us get the Taxi box in an accessible position. Would highly recommend their service.

Be cautious with scheduled taxi box arrivals. Left my elderly parents worried and anxious for a whole day waiting and didn't turn up until the following day. This lead to repercussions with moving furniture and moving dates. There was no communication throughout the day from them.
I even emailed with a complaint and no replies whatsoever. they aren't even compensated. Will not consider them in future.
Absolutely amazing delivery! Nathan was really friendly and communicative. We had a slight issue with where to put the boxes as the front lawn is a slight hill, and he was able to fix the problem within a few seconds! The organiser (Ronnie) was quick, effective, and communication was very smooth. The email detailing of what was to be expected was simple and yet a bit fun to read as well! Plus the website is great, modern and straightforward (playing tetris to earn discounts - I'm in! And the hold music is nostalgic gaming tunes). Booking was super easy with each step separate so not to confuse You.
Spoke to about 5-6 staff members across my enquiry, booking, transport and unloading process. All but 1 spoke as if they were a friend lending You a hand which was very comforting when moving interstate. It made the whole thing much easier and fun in a way.
My instructions were followed to the letter to unload in the driveway days prior to my arrival home, and same again at my destination in the correct spot whilst I was at work,
Only issue I had was the loop of the locking mechanism had broken off upon delivery (found the weld on the ground), so I was unable to lock it with a standard padlock. Being the weekend I couldn't contact Taxibox to ask for a replacement and I didn't have the time before travelling, so I managed to retrofit a flexible wire bike lock to keep the door shut, but soon after pickup I was called and told it the flexible lock was damaged in transit. So Taxibox said they could put their own lock on it until it was delivered and wouldn't charge Me the cutting fee. Leading up to delivery I was anxious that it would be delivered but I would not be able to open it since I didn't have the key (as Taxibox had replaced the lock with their own). Eventually confirmed they would leave the keys in the lock for Me upon delivery and it was a successful delivery, unload and pickup the next day.
It is a giant wooden box with a well made tarp strapped tightly around it, so plan for potential moisture since it's wooden/not air tight.
But I would definitely use Taxibox again! :)
Taxibox is an awesome completely worry free service. Stored an apartments worth of stuff intended for 2 months but ended up to be 3 years, delivered back yesterday, all just as we packed it, friendly helpful driver, came at the time they said and made sure the box access was right beside the gate. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone! 🤗
Taxi box was the best storage option for us! We moved overseas for 15 months and we got a taxi box delivered to our home and they took care of our belongings while we were away. Then, when we moved back to Australia, they sent the box to our new apartment and it was so easy to communicate with them, excellent service online, on the phone and with the drivers too. We booked 1 taxi box for our 1 bedroom apartment and it was enough space, we fit everything in it! 100% would recommend, it's way more affordable than storage units and great service!
